Copper foil flexible connector is made by laminated 0.10mm (standard design) or 0.03mm-0.50mm copper foil according to customer requirements, installing the contact surface, and then designing and welding for production. Pressure welding is a special welding process, which can weld copper foils with different strengths together in the designated area. When processing and welding copper foil flexible connection, no flux of any form is added. Thanks to this perfect polymer connection characteristic, copper foil soft bonding by pressure welding is a very suitable electrical conductor, and the installation contact can withstand any form of compression, bending, or collision. When the copper braided wire-wound motor is running normally, the three-phase windings are short-circuited through the resistors drawn from the collector rings. When starting, a starting resistor is connected in series in the rotor winding to achieve the purpose of reducing the starting current.

The copper braided wire is braided with T2 copper wire. Its conventional number of ingots is 16/24/32/36/40/48/64/96, and its cross-sectional area is 0.2 mm2 - -300 mm2, conventional monofilament diameters are 0.05mm, 0.07mm, 0.10mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm etc.

Braided flexible connector jumpers (soft copper braided wires) are required in the device to ensure safe conduction between devices that are not stable. The electrical conductivity of the equipment wires can be jittery due to heat, vibration, or normal operation. This is why braided or bundled copper wire is considered by far the best option for conducting electricity in these devices.
