The manufacturing process of copper foil soft joint is pressure welding or brazing welding.
Pressure welding , that is to press the copper strips or aluminum strips together firstly then use the molecular diffusion technology to weld such strips to be an integrity by high current heating.
Thickness of copper strip and aluminum strip： 0.05mm to 0.3mm.
Remarks: the contact surface can be tinned, nickel plated or silver plated according to the user's requirements（except for aluminum strip).
It can be used for transformer installation, high and low voltage switchboard, vacuum appliance, seal bus bar rabbet, generator and bus duct, rectifier equipment, also connection between rectifier cabinet and isolation switch and connection between bus bar. It can improve the conductivity, adjust the installation error of equipment, and play the role of (shock absorption) compensation, convenient test and equipment maintenance
